Deborah Stote and Associates, PLLC Clinical Psychology
Deborah Stote and Associates, PLLCClinical Psychology

Our practice focuses on treatment for substance and process addictions, anxiety disorders, insomnia and relationship conflicts.  Therapies include our Sleep and Serenity Program, Couples Counseling, Cogitive Behavioral Therapy, 12-Step Facilitation, stress management, dual-diagnosis management, acute and chronic pain management while in recovery, and group therapy.  With respect to dual diagnoses (e.g., substance dependence co-occuring with anxiety or mood disorders) we work closely with clients who also participate in pharmacotherapy with an outside psychiatrist. With respect to anxiety disorders, including post-traumatic stress disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and substance-induced anxiety disorder, our treatment process is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy or EMDR Therapy--the gold standards of treatment for anxiety disorders, particularly when related to trauma.
