In order to make sure your visit to the office goes smoothly, we've put together some of the important information about how things work at the practice.
First time appointments:
In order to register and meet with you promptly, we ask that our clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment and make themselves comfortable in the waiting room. We accept cash, checks, Paypal, and credit cards at time of service. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or you will be charged for the session.
Intake sessions last at least 1.5 hours.
Insurance:
We are not a an in-network provider for any insurance company. We will be happy to provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement for out-of-network benefits. Please note that the insurance claim is between you and your provider, we do not interact with your insurance provider beyond providing a receipt.
Payment in full is due and will be collected at each visit. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, cash, Paypal, and personal checks.
MEDICARE:
We are not a provider for Medicare.
